Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds below.
1. Membership Activation Once a membership plan (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) is purchased
and the account features (such as unlocking contacts or sending messages) are activated,
the service is considered "consumed" Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds for active
plans.
2. Cancellations You may choose to cancel or deactivate your profile at any time via your
Dashboard settings. However, cancellation of a profile does not trigger a refund for the
remaining duration of the paid subscription.
3. Exceptional Circumstances (Refunds) Refunds are only considered under the following
specific technical circumstances:
Double Payment: If your account was debited twice for a single transaction due to a technical glitch.
Service Failure: If you made a payment but the premium features were not activated on your account within 24 hours.
4. How to Request a Refund If you believe you have a valid claim under the exceptions above, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

their families. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following

1. Eligibility To register as a member of Wardi Rishta or use this Site, you must be strictly of
legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently 18 years or older for females and 21
years or older for males).
2. Integrity of Information You agree that the information you provide (including age, service
background, and family details) is accurate and truthful. Wardi Rishta reserves the right to
suspend any profile found to be sharing false or misleading information.
3. Code of Conduct Wardi Rishta is a space built on dignity and respect. We have a
zero-tolerance policy for:
Harassment, abusive language, or disrespectful behavior toward other members.
The creation of fake profiles.
The use of the platform for commercial solicitation.
4. Limitation of Liability Wardi Rishta acts as a facilitator to connect individuals. While we
take steps to verify profiles, we are not responsible for the ultimate behavior, character, or
background of any member. We strongly advise all members to conduct their own due
diligence before entering into any alliance.
5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of
the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi
